Joel T. Nadler, Ph.D.
Joel T. Nadler is an Associate Professor of Industrial/Organizational psychology in the Department of Psychology at SIUE. Dr. Nadler has consulted with organizations on areas such as organizational climate and culture, performance appraisal and selection validation, survey development, program evaluation, needs assessment, organizational change and development, and study design and methodology. Additionally, Dr. Nadler has expertise in advanced measurement, design and statistical techniques. He has worked with a wide variety of clients including multiple Universities, Charter Schools, non-profits, consulting companies and Fortune 500 businesses. Joel currently splits his time between St. Louis, MO and Indianapolis, IN. Seth A. Berry, Ph.D.
Seth Berry works as the Survey Methodology Consultant for the Center for Social Research at the University of Notre Dame. In his role, Seth assists faculty and staff from across the university with their research needs. He has worked on projects ranging from large, multi-national surveys to text analysis and has also served as a research consultant to a media research company. He has expertise in survey design and analysis, latent variable modeling, measurement, predictive modeling, and web-based visualization. Randie C. Chance, Ph.D.
Randie Chance is an applied social psychological researcher based in the Sacramento, CA region. In addition to her organizational consulting work, Randie has been conducting research on social justice topics for more than ten years. Specifically, Randie has focused on scientifically examining social issues in the education field (elementary school and higher education) through services such as program evaluation, statistical consulting, and survey design/research. Elora Voyles, Ph.D.
Elora is an Assistant Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Dr. Voyles has consulted organizations on training, survey design, job analysis, performance management, recruiting and selection, leadership, and succession planning. When consulting, she exercises a flexible and whole-systems approach to best serve client organizations. Her consulting work is supported by her strong background in research which includes psychometrics, data collection, data analysis, and delivery of professional technical reports. Megan Eling, M.A.
Megan holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Clinical Psychology. Her educational and professional experiences with selection assessments has provided her many opportunities to determine problem areas and utilize best-practices to provide interventions to increase performance in many areas. Megan has conducted job analyses, needs assessments, and analyses of organizational culture and employee job satisfaction. Kristin N. Pankey is an Industrial/Organizational consultant who has worked with various Fortune 500 companies on both coasts and in the midwest. Throughout her career, she has focused on activities such as employee engagement, metrics and hiring assessments used in campus recruiting, and custom research opportunities. Additionally, Kristin has expertise in developing and implementing employee/physician engagement surveys for healthcare organizations across the country, working with and guiding leaders towards creating a more engaged workforce. Jane L. Swanson, Ph.D.
Jane L. Swanson, PhD, is a nationally-renowned vocational psychologist. She is a Fellow of the Society of Counseling Psychology of the American Psychological Association and has served as Chair of the Society for Vocational Psychology. Dr. Swanson publishes extensively on topics related to career and vocational psychology, including a textbook on career theories and practice (currently in its third edition), and has taught graduate courses on psychological measurement and assessment. She has extensive experience advising on and consulting with vocational inventories, such as the Strong Interest Inventory. She blends her knowledge of vocational psychology with evaluation practices for schools and organizations alike. Dr. Swanson also is experienced as a career counselor and facilitator, including founding and directing a university career counseling agency, developing and delivering career interventions for high school students, and training career counselors. |
